International dressage rider Cesar Parra has an impressive list of victories to his name including a string of wins at 2009 Dressage at Devon. In addition to his phenomenal show success, Cesar is also pleased to be an Ambassador for Trilogy Dressage Saddles.

“Most people know that I am very detail oriented and a bit of a perfectionist,” Cesar said. “So is Debbie Witty, owner of Trilogy Dressage Saddles. Cesar, who recently became a United States citizen, owns Piaffe-Performance farm with facilities in New Jersey and Florida. All of the key players, from owners and grooms to beginner riders to international caliber riders, play a huge part,” Cesar said. “Debbie Witty is part of that team and the service she provides is first rate.”
